Made to Order All Rough Cut Workwear products are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be produced before dispatch.

UK Delivery Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. Total delivery time from order to arrival is approximately 10–12 business days.

Free Shipping Free standard UK shipping is available on qualifying orders. The current threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays During busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, carrier delays), delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.

Currently UK Only We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — check back for updates.
